As a professional KNX international manufacturer, we provide OEM, ODM and customization services. Production is carried out in strict accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. We have a mature and complete production system, offering one-stop full-chain services from R&D, design, mold development to finished product manufacturing. Relying on integrated production workflows, we supervise all production stages to strictly guarantee product quality.
公司拥有先进齐全的生产设备与成熟工艺：前道工序涵盖注塑、模具加工、CNC 加工、喷油、抛光、拉丝、喷砂、阳极氧化；后道工序包含 SMT 贴片、UV 打印、丝印、插件、后焊、组装、性能测试、老化测试及成品包装。
The company is equipped with advanced and comprehensive production machinery and mature processes. Front-end procedures include injection molding, mold processing, CNC machining, painting, polishing, wire drawing, sandblasting and anodizing. Back-end procedures cover SMT mounting, UV printing, silk-screen printing, through-hole insertion, post soldering, assembly, performance testing, burn-in testing and finished product packaging.
